Eden Housing
Andrea Osgood serves as the Chief of Real Estate Development for Eden Housing, where she leads a team of over thirty professionals and is responsible for the organization's pre-development pipeline, new construction, real estate acquisition, and portfolio renovation efforts. Since joining Eden Housing in 2008, she has led or overseen the development of nearly 3,000 new units and the acquisition of over 1,500 existing units across six California counties, from Sonoma to San Diego County. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors from Pomona College and a Master of Arts in Urban Planning from the UCLA Graduate School of Public Policy and Social Research.
