Kailesh is a refugee from Uganda with an engineering degree, a master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, and Chartered Accountant credentials. He spent 36 years at EY as Managing Partner.

A lifelong learner and student at heart, he believes that education is critical for personal and professional growth. He is also an angel investor, board member, advisor to executives, and owner of a professional soccer club in the United Kingdom.
